Dragon World is a great place for my kid to enjoy his passion for Pokémon. They offer a kids program once a week on Saturday and my kid loves going to play his Pokémon game with the other kids. The staff is kind and patient with us and the other kids. Great location too. Thank you City of Brampton for offering free parking for customers to enjoy the shops and restaurants of Brampton. Without free parking I believe less people will come downtown especially coming from far Brampton. Thank you Dragon World for having a place for kids to enjoy going to, and great service for everyone to enjoy.

This is one of the very few hobby gaming stores left in Brampton. I used to go here to buy Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons merchandise. However, on my most recent visit, it seems they no longer carry Warhammer products. It's is still a great location to buy trading cards, pop figures and Dungeons & Dragons products

An awesome store for enthusiasts and newcomers alike, this card game store has everything you could ask for. It’s so much fun to just walk around and take in everything, and they also have tournaments for loads of different games. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond for the asks and needs you have! I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be visiting again.

Staff was very friendly and answered my questions about Dungeons and Dragons miniatures, lol. Very good selection. Highly recommend if you're looking for any.

dont bother with this place. had a similar experience to nigel. dan is a stuck up brat and thinks hes on a high horse. not sure he understands the first thing about running a business. he shouldn't be a front of house employee. i used to stop here sometimes on my way to orangeville but never again after my last visit. not sure if hes trying to be cute or what but his mannerisms and attitude are repulsive. i really question if hes worked in a customer service field before starting a business. the female employee with dark hair who ive seen there 2 times was nice and seemed passionate about the place but dan the little guy with glasses clearly doesnt feel the same. a customer asking 2 basic questions about your yugioh inventory shouldnt spark such an egotistical defensive response. for people shopping singles id just avoid it the prices on yugioh arent bad but the selection is grim nothing mid to high end. for pokemon the inventory is alright but the prices are way too high. if youre looking for dice or more artsy tcg/boardgame things it isnt bad.

The owner Dan is very rude. When you ask about a product, they'll ask you "what about it?" Like your suppose to know everything, even theor price. They will fail to record your store credit and tell you to your face that's not their problem. They'll make up policy on the spot pretend like their reading from a screen just to rip you off.
